Pat Lundy founded Cambridge Developments in 1995 to meet the need for highly qualified contractors in the rapidly growing Las Vegas Valley. With a proven record of excellence, Pat has been providing his clients with the highest level of quality, design, and customer service in the construction development market.

Pat specializes in architectural design, site planning and construction financing, and combines these traits with his years of experience as a builder and developer.
